Chemical Hazards in the Working Environment

The chemical hazards which can be expected to occur in the activity shall be identified and registered. The chemical hazards shall be given a name which, for hazardous chemical products, may not differ from the name. The purpose of these Provisions is to stipulate how ill-health or accidents caused by chemical hazards in an activity shall be prevented. The Provisions apply to all activities where chemical hazards can occur.
