The Program Executive Office, Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives partners with the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Activity, a world leader in the storage and disposal of chemical weapons, to ensure the safe storage and transportation of the chemical weapons stockpiles in Colorado and Kentucky. Together, they work towards the ultimate goal of safely destroying the nation’s remaining chemical weapons.

CEP is an affiliate of Evergreen Oil who has been operating their state of the art re-refinery continuously for 24 years. CEP has work closely with Evergreen Oil to develop the CEP Process that has been used in CEP designed re-refineries around the world. CEP completed three plants in 2009.
