Journey to becoming a Chemical Process Operating Technician – Ronald Dickerson. Ronald earned a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia State University but struggled to find a career that combined his interest in technical fields and desire to work with his hands. He participated in the Chemical Process Operator program at BridgeValley Community and Technical College in South Charleston, West Virginia. Shortly into his internship, Ronald was offered a job by Dow as a Chemical Process Operating Technician. Ronald knows the value of STEM Careers and wants others to know about the opportunities available.
