The Pistoia Alliance is looking for a strategic partner to develop its Chemical Safety Library (CSL) service. The CSL is a resource enabling researchers to check chemical reactions and share hazardous reaction information. Originally released in March last year, the CSL project is designed to capture, store and share the information to improve laboratory safety. So far, the CSL has witnessed a four-fold rise in the number of chemical incidents recorded, with a total of 138 reactions. In the year since its launch, more than 1,000 people have registered to access the database.
