American Water Chemicals, Inc (AWC) is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals for pretreatment and cleaning of reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), ultrafiltration (UF) and microfiltration (MF) membrane systems. Over the last two decades, AWC has helped customers worldwide to reduce operating costs, eliminate hazardous acid dosing and reduce the frequency of membrane cleanings through the use of specialty RO chemicals. AWC manufactures antiscalants, cleaning chemicals and biocides for reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration membrane systems. AWC also provides a broad range of services including membrane autopsies, membrane wet testing, and membrane cleaning studies.
